Many of the greatest challenges in one’s career growth are internal; mastery of a new skill set and a new way of being are critical factors in the growth of managerial skills and career success. At the center of authentic identity, is the idea of Presence, a skill that enables better awareness of choices, empathetic understanding and better decision making.  In this 45-minute session, Jack Skeels will use a combination of research, vignettes and exercises to help you experience your own presence, and understand some basic principles that will enable you to use them immediately to improve your skills and a manager and leader.

Topic: Digital Advertising: Big Impact on a Shoestring
How to build an effective marketing strategy around influencers, collaborations & social media.

Ever heard of the phrase “a customer needs to see your brand 7 times before they buy?” – Well, as more brands vie for peoples attention, it’s more important than ever to have a solid, multichannel marketing strategy in place. The ‘7 times’ theory is predicted to get to 22+ in 2018 and beyond! This session is all about getting clear on what’s available in the digital advertising space, and how to leverage social media, influencer and collaboration strategies to your advantage (regardless of your budget!)
